Hidden Creek is a former golf course, located on approximately 145 acres in northeast Pasco County, Florida. The property was rezoned and redeveloped to include 347 – 40’ and 50’ wide single-family detached lots. The lots were developed Kolter Land Partners and sold to Starlight Homes in two bulk takedowns.
